public building

Rokcore panels have excellent thermal insulation and fire performance which are extremely important properties for public buildings such as universities, schools, health care buildings, theatres, cinemas, and aged care buildings.

An 80mm thick Rokcore panel system meets the new Building Code of Australia’s minimum thermal requirements of R1.8 for class 5 to 9 buildings for all climate zones excluding zone 8 whilst also providing a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of -/90/90.  That’s a lot of performance in one slim insulated panel.

Rokcore panels are approximately ten times lighter than concrete walls. So using Rokcore can provide a saving in foundation design and allow ease of construction for boundary walls in difficult to get places. As a lightweight, fire resistant façade it is an excellent solution for construction in areas of high ground movement. The high quality, hot-dipped galvanised steel facing is available in a broad range of colours to provide a durable, long lasting wall that really stands out from the rest.
