Product Description

Alutri is designed as a decorative external façade and can also be used internal wall and signage applications.

Alutri is an aluminium composite panel comprising a polyethylene core sandwiched between two sheets of high strength aluminium skin.

The external surface is coated with a high performance PVDF finish. The paint process is a three coat system, consisting of a primer, topcoat and clear coat with a minimum thickness of 28 microns to provide a lasting, decorative and maintenance- free finish. The reverse side can either be a milled aluminium finish or a polyester base coat finish upon request.

Core Material

The Standard core is polyethylene. A fire-resistant core is also available
(Fire resistant core tested in accordance to AS1530.3 and BS476 part 6
and part 7)

Skin Material

Alloy A1100 H18

Available Coatings

Externally Polyvinyldifluoride (PVDF) and Internally Polyester (PE) on request 

Colour Range

A standard range of solid and metallic colours.  For further details, please refer to the colour brochure or contact your local Bradcore office for a colour sample.

Panel Thicknesses

3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm

Aluminium Skin Thickness

0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.21mm, 0.40mm, 0.45mm and 0.50mm

Standard Panel Width

1250mm. Other widths available on request.

Standard Panel Length

3200mm. Other panel lengths of up to 6m are available on request.
